Refund and Cancellations

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we belive that is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. Items which have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 4 hours of placing the order only.

Returns/Exchanges for Customers in India:

In the odd case that you do not love your XAGO products, here is our policy on returns:

  1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 10 days (7 days for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
  2. Sorry, but we’re unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via PayPal.
  3. Jewellery (where the internal packaging seal has been broken) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should generate a return or exchange with within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  5. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  1. The XAGO Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
  2. Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your XAGO account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
  3. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the XAGO Care team at returns@xago.in.
  4. All returns are subject to the discretion of XAGO. But we’re a friendly bunch :)


Returns/Exchanges for International Customers:

We are based in Faridabad and any shipments outside India we do not take it back. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back. Cost of reverse shipment will not be beard by XAGO. However, as our customer base is growing internationally we are working on returns and exchanges and soon will come up with a policy for the same.
