This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. It applies to every order you place with us.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email, and you can also check the status in your account at xagoluxe.com/account.

Shipping within India

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Free standard shipping does not apply to international orders. Some international deliveries may be subject to local rules, taxes and duties that are outside our control; where these apply, they are the customer's responsibility.
